NexGen stands by every product we sell and we want you to be completely satisfied with the purchase you make. We will accept returns on any item within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund less the original shipping and handling. This applies only to end user customers; it does not apply to wholesale purchases or business to business transactions.

To start a refund / return of a defective or ineffective product, please return mail your order to the address below, than complete the contact form to let us know about your situation. Please include as much relevant information as possible such as reason for return, tracking number for shipment, etc…
